You need this super healthy smoothie for 2 people:
1 glass of orange juice or 2 pressed oranges
4 carrots, washed and cut into pieces
A piece of ginger of an inch or 2, peeled
1 mango peeled, pitted into pieces
A little black pepper to taste and a teaspoon of turmeric.
